Darts is very popular at Townend Social Club. We have mixed teams playing on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings with practise time available  seven days a week. Pop in and check it out – you’re sure of a warm welcome.

Townend is also home of the Honest Oche Darts Academy with our approved coach, Mick Browne. 

Providing coaching for all ages

Academy sessions run at weekends from 11am, so whether you play yourself and want to improve or if you have youngsters keen to learn the game, drop Mick a line for more information. We now have youngsters playing for their county!

It’s a very friendly and relaxed wat to spend a few hours.
